Boot Camp Location : Tara Casa in the village of La Magdalena, Cartagena, Murcia

The boot camp is designed to build strength and fitness and to promote weight loss with a series of varied, intense, explosive routines carried out both indoors and outside. Working in a group with your boot camp trainer you will be able to push yourself a bit further in safety than you would on your own and you will find it easier to get into the habit of exercise. You will also benefit from the friendships and shared goals of the other boot camp participants.

Come and enjoy this Boot Camp holiday in a private and secluded environment with no distractions! Our Boot Camp holidays make the most of the beautiful Spanish climate to boost the ‘feel good’ factor of exercising and then enjoying the gorgeous, sunny weather. Join us for the daily morning Boot Camp session, enjoy a healthy and filling breakfast brunch, you can spend your free time relaxing by our swimming pool or the local beaches, enjoy our discounted therapies or exploring the ancient city of Cartagena nearby. In the late afternoon the work begins again with PT trainer Matt Fuller and his Boot Camp session, then relax in the evening with a delicious meal and good company.


The morning Boot Camp sessions

The morning boot camp sessions begin at 8 a.m. (before breakfast), and lasts for one hour. To burn calories and lose weight safely and efficiently they include a variety of cardio exercises, stretching, running and swimming (as appropriate). You will mostly be concentrating on H.I.I.T. (High Intensity Interval Training), which is the most productive and fastest way to lose weight. Not everyone can work out at the same pace due to weight differences and physical or medical limitations, so these exercises will be performed to your own limits and under my supervision as your personal trainer.

The afternoon Boot Camp sessions

The afternoon boot camp sessions are based around toning. They begin at 6 p.m. and last for one and a half hours. You will learn about and experience the right workout for you. Bodyweight exercises will work your whole body (upper body, lower body, legs, bums and tums and arms.) This, combined with your H.I.I.T training, will start your journey to creating your ideal body, helping you to lose weight, define and tone muscles and to be healthier inside and out.

For the last half hour of afternoon sessions on days 1 to 3, I will be working with each participant individually, finding out exactly what you want to achieve during your stay, building your daily routine and answering any questions you have in regards to the programme.

For the last half hour of afternoon sessions on days 4 to 7, I will be explaining to you how, what, and when to eat – and what to eat before and after training. Your diet is a very important part of your health regime so it is crucial that you understand how certain foods affect your body.

After Boot Camp

When you leave, you’ll take your new attitudes, understanding and personal exercise programme with you. None of our bootcamp exercises require weights or machinery so you can easily carry on with your exercises back at home. You can also keep in touch with me online, as your personal trainer, for advice and encouragement.

* Airport Transfers. The nearest airport is Murcia (San Javier) airport. We can arrange a discounted private taxi for 45 euros per journey. If there is other guests travelling together this is split between them. The second airport is Alicante, a private taxi is 110 euros per journey or you can get a coach to Cartagena for around 15 Euros.

Daniel has produced an amazing backdrop to our BBQ. He produced a masterpiece in glass which exceeded our expectations. My only regret is having to put the BBQ back in place!. I then attended one of Dan´s courses and thoroughly enjoyed myself!
