There are dozens of golf courses within 45 minutes of your lovely venue and we will arrange a schedule for you to play some of the best courses in the region. After your games you will then come back the the retreat venue and relax in comfort. Include in your holiday are daily Pilates sessions, tasty healthy food and a peaceful place to relax and unwind. We guarantee that you will get the very most from your golf holiday.
We take care of the green fees and transport so that all you have to think about is enjoying your golf!
We can offer discounted holidays to societies and clubs and group bookings. For non participating partners we can also offer a discount, or better still they can enjoy any of the other courses that we hold at the retreat, including yoga, Pilates, walking, cooking or mosaic making.

Ladies Golf & Pilates
The Pilates method has the ability to be tailored or adapted to any individual or sport to improve or to enhance performance. Our Pilates for golfers is specifically designed to improve your golf swing, distance to hit the ball, and lower your handicap. Golf is not an athletic endeavor, but it requires strength in the right places.
Appropriate strength training will be included in the daily Pilates sessions, which will be golf specific – this is functional training with golf specific movements for flexibility. It will be upbeat and fun, with modified exercise based on the Pilates method specifically for golf. You will learn how to breathe correctly and engage the abdominals (the core). You will also work on the intrinsic muscles of the shoulders to increase flexibility and reduce risk of injury, low back, hip flexors, and all the critical areas to golf.
Concentration on certain elements will help directly improve your golf and give you more awareness of what is needed to make it happen. You will understand better how your body is required to make a good golf swing, awareness of head and shoulders in relation to the movement and to the body. Stimulation of the neural receptors, the message from brain to muscles, will increase the quality of the movement.
Pilates is perfect for golfers because of its principles of using the body’s own muscles as resistance, thus it is ideal for training the correct form to perfect a golf swing action. It is a dynamic exercise that strengthens and stretches simultaneously, making it a good formula for warming the body prior to a game without taking up a lot of time.
Other principles of Pilates include:
- relaxation and concentration
- strengthening the core muscles
- improving balance
- mobility, flexion, extension and rotation of the spine
- fluid movement
Ladies Golf & Pilates- The Retreat
The retreat is in a beautiful and peaceful, secluded area surrounded by orange, lemon and almond trees, scented jasmine and bougainvillea. The gardens are an ideal place to relax when you are not playing golf, or you can take an invigorating swim in the private pool. You are just 15 minutes from the fantastic coastal beaches of Murcia if you wish to feel the sand between your toes!
