Weight loss course at Tara Casa with on-going weight loss support and a personal plan. The emphasis is on relaxation and exercise that will boost your immune system, increase your metabolism and help you to stop focusing on what you don’t want but what you do want.

Food You will learn what foods suit you and what foods make you gain weight. During your 7 day stay you will be on a healthy, nourishing food plan designed to bring you to a healthier state of being.

The plan is designed to change how we worry about weight loss and how we can turn it around. The results will be a new way of looking at food and you will lose weight because you will have a healthier attitude towards it.

It will be fun and enjoyable and easier than you think. You will be looking at yourself as a whole person and not just at the weight loss. You will not be calorie counting, weighing food, and going on a low fat diet. In fact you will no longer be concerned about weight loss issues, diets, how many pounds and stones are needed to be lost, or how much exercise you should be doing.

  • Your instructor has been teaching yoga and Pilates for many years using her knowledge, enthusiasm and experience to inspire and develop the same focus in those seeking to simply improve their well being.

  • Vivienne is trained by The Body Control Pilates Association (BCPA) which is Europe’s foremost professional Pilates organisation.

  • She is also a certified Pilates reformer instructor which means she will be able to build a program with you to target strength building or to change and improve body shape.

  • She is also trained and experienced with Osteoporosis clients so her programmes will benefit sufferers of Osteoporosis including Back&bones4good, an excellent programme for posture, balance, strength, mobility and stronger bones.

* Airport Transfers. The nearest airport is Murcia International airport. We can arrange a private taxi for 45 euros per journey or you can book online at Zip transfers for 34 euros, put the destination in as La Magdalena, our village. The second airport is Alicante, you can get a coach to Cartagena for around 10 Euros then a taxi to Tara Casa for 18 euros.
