Autumn has arrived here at Tara Casa, its not like Autumn in the UK, its bright, sunny, warm even hot in the daytime and a cosy log fire at night. The main change in the garden once autumn comes is the burst of energy from the plants. After endurung the hot summer, the cooler temperatures bring a blossoming form the fruit trees and growth from all the flowers. We are lucky in Spain to have two ´spring´like burst s of energy from the plants and in the warm sunshine makes gardening a real pleasure. We have a guest here this week doing a pilates/bootcamp fitness week. and is enjoying escaping the cold rainy weather in the UK. Today she´s popping into Cartagena, the historic city just 15mins from Tara Casa for some retail therapy. Later she is back for her pilates afternoon session, a log fire and evening meal. Bliss.
